The Email channel lets you hand off chat conversations to a human via email. When an AI assistant reaches the limits of what it can help with, it can forward the conversation transcript to a nominated email address for follow-up.

Setup
- Go to Agent Builder → Tools & Channels
- Click the Email sub-tab
- Enter the recipient email address for conversation handoffs
- Use the Send Test Email button to verify delivery
- Click Save
How It Works
When an assistant determines that a conversation needs human intervention, it triggers the email channel. The full chat transcript is sent to your nominated email address so you can pick up where the AI left off.
