Gutenberg Sidebar Agent

The Gutenberg Sidebar Agent puts AI assistance directly inside the WordPress block editor. It reads your live draft — title, content, post type — so any assistant can help you in context without switching tabs or copying text.

Enable the Gutenberg Sidebar Agent in Deploy Agents → Admin Area

Enabling the Sidebar

  1. Go to Agent Builder → Deploy Agents → Admin Area
  2. Find Sidebar Agent and enable it
  3. Choose which assistant to use (Content Writer recommended)
  4. Select which post types to activate it on (Posts, Pages, or custom types)
  5. Click Save

How It Works

Once enabled, an Agent Builder panel appears in the Gutenberg sidebar while editing any post. The assistant reads your live draft and can:

  • Rewrite or improve paragraphs
  • Check SEO and suggest fixes
  • Fix heading hierarchy
  • Generate new sections
  • Suggest meta descriptions and titles
  • Answer questions about your content

Everything happens in the sidebar — you never leave the editor or lose your place.

Best Practices

  • Use the Content Writer for general writing help in the sidebar
  • Use the SEO Assistant for on-page SEO checks while editing
  • The sidebar agent has full context of your draft — be specific in your requests for best results
