Agent Memory

Updated July 28, 2026

Local agent memory settings and stored notes live under Agent Builder → Knowledge → Memory (moved out of Settings).

Memory vs wiki vs vector store

Local memory is a short key-value store on your database — optional and privacy-respecting. It is different from the free Knowledge Wiki (curated markdown) and Pro Vector Store (semantic search over large corpora).

Conversational memory stays off until you enable it so chat content is not retained without an explicit choice.

Typical controls

  • Enable or disable local memory.
  • Default TTL (days) before notes expire — 0 keeps them until deleted.
  • Browse, filter, and clear stored entries by type, entity, and key.
