Overview
Select an assistant, then customise how it greets visitors and shapes its tone. Content here extends the built-in system prompt — it does not replace it. Site-wide facts belong in the Knowledge Wiki.
What you can set
- Welcome message — first message when a chat opens. Clear the field to restore the built-in default.
- Response style — Balanced, Concise, Detailed, Technical, or Friendly.
- Suggested prompts — up to four clickable starter prompts.
- Persona notes — extra context appended every turn (tone, brand rules, language).
