Subprocessors

Introduction

This page lists the third-party service providers (subprocessors) that Agentic Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses to process personal data when we deliver our Services, including the Agent Builder platform, our hosted Agentic AI services, the marketplace and the affiliate programme. We rely on each provider's standard online data-processing terms; we have not negotiated separate agreements with them. AI providers that site owners connect with their own API keys are listed separately below; they are not our subprocessors.

We will update this page when we add or remove subprocessors (see Change Notification below).

Resellers (Not Subprocessors)

Agent Builder Pro may also be bought from WPBay (wpbay.com). If you buy there, WPBay handles that sale, its licensing and your data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data Processing Terms

Each subprocessor above processes personal data under its own standard online data-processing terms (for example the Google Cloud, Stripe and Cloudflare data processing terms), which we have accepted as part of using the service. These terms generally address:

• Processing only on our instructions
• Appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• Notification of personal data breaches
• Data deletion at the end of the service
• Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, where applicable

Data Locations

Most of our subprocessors process data in the United States; our mail relays are in the United Kingdom and Jamendo is in the European Union. For transfers of EU/UK personal data to the United States we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (and the UK equivalents) as incorporated in each provider's standard terms.

AI Providers You Connect Yourself

Agent Builder also lets site owners connect their own AI provider accounts — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek, Mistral, Meta Llama API, Cohere, Kimi (Moonshot AI), OpenRouter, or a local Ollama model. These are not our subprocessors. When you use your own API key:

• Prompts are sent directly from your WordPress site to that provider under your own account; they do not pass through us
• That provider acts as your processor, under its own terms and privacy policy, which you are responsible for reviewing and accepting
• Some providers process data outside the EU and US (for example DeepSeek and Moonshot AI); review their terms before using them for personal data

The same applies to outside services you connect through Agent Builder Pro connectors or channels (for example Stripe, PayPal, HubSpot, Notion, Canva, Zapier or messaging channels): data goes from your site to those services under your own accounts and terms.

Users control which AI provider they use, if any, and can switch providers or disable AI features at any time.

Change Notification

We will update this page when we:

• Add a new subprocessor
• Remove an existing subprocessor
• Change a subprocessor's purpose or data processing activities

For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where we have committed to it in a contract with you or the law requires it, notify you in advance so you can object.
