1. Introduction
This Refund Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through agentic-plugin.com (the "Website"), including licenses for the Agent Builder plugin ("Plugin"), subscriptions, and individual AI agents purchased via the marketplace ("Services").
Agentic Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and sustainable business practices in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws (including EU consumer rights directives, US state laws, and Stripe's merchant requirements). Refunds are provided solely at our discretion except where required by law.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked, full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date for eligible purchases, provided the request meets the conditions below.
This guarantee applies to:
- New Plugin license purchases (Personal, Agency, or other paid tiers);
- Individual AI agent purchases from the marketplace;
- Initial subscription charges (including annual plans prorated where applicable).
3. How to Request a Refund
- Send your refund request to [email protected] using the same email address associated with your account and purchase.
- Include the following information:
- Order number or transaction ID (from Stripe receipt or your account dashboard);
- License key(s) or purchased agent name(s);
- Date of purchase;
- Optional: brief reason for the request (helps us improve the product).
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or payment provider (typically 5–10 additional business days).
4. What Is Refunded
- Plugin licenses & subscriptions: Full purchase price of the initial license/subscription fee (excluding any Stripe transaction fees we cannot recover);
- Marketplace agent purchases: Full amount paid for the agent(s);
- Taxes: Any collected sales tax/VAT will be refunded where required by law.
Not refunded: Third-party costs you incur directly (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic API usage fees), setup/customization work you performed, or any indirect losses.
5. Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a refund under the 14-day guarantee, all of the following must be true:
- The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date (timestamped by our system);
- The purchase was made by the account holder requesting the refund;
- The license key(s) or access has not been transferred, resold, or shared;
- You have not previously received a refund for the same product;
- No evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violation of the Terms of Service exists.
Upon approval, we will immediately revoke access: license keys will be deactivated, marketplace agent downloads disabled, and any associated support terminated.
6. Renewals & Recurring Payments
Auto-renewing subscriptions and annual renewals are eligible for the 14-day refund window starting from the renewal charge date.
To avoid renewal charges:
- Disable auto-renewal at any time via your My Account dashboard;
- Contact support at least 48 hours before the renewal date if technical issues prevent self-cancellation.
Refunds for renewals follow the same process and conditions as initial purchases.
7. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
We reserve the right to deny refunds (even within 14 days) or pursue recovery in cases of:
- Fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or attempts to exploit the policy;
- Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service (e.g., using agents for illegal purposes);
- Multiple refund requests for the same or similar products;
- Requests submitted after the 14-day window;
- Custom development work, bespoke agents, or premium support packages explicitly marked non-refundable at purchase.
Digital goods and services are generally non-refundable outside this policy except where required by mandatory consumer law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off right, which may be limited for digital content once access is granted and you have been informed of the loss of withdrawal right).
8. Third-Party Marketplace Agents
For agents sold by independent developers on our marketplace:
- The same 14-day guarantee applies;
- We handle refund processing and customer communication;
- The selling developer’s commission is reversed/adjusted automatically;
- We may contact the developer for technical verification if abuse is suspected.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or PayPal without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account and all licenses;
- Withhold future payouts (for sellers);
- Pursue recovery of any fees or losses incurred due to the chargeback.
We strongly encourage using our support process first to resolve any issues.
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Website at least 30 days in advance where required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
