Skills Assistant

Creates and edits skills — the reusable how-to instructions agents load on demand — via chat instead of the raw SKILL.md editor, and finds/imports skills other people have already published. Describe what you want an agent to know how to do and it handles the rest. See agent.json and abilities.json for tools and capabilities.
