What happens when my license expires?
Your installed AI assistants continue to work, but you won't be able to download new AI assistants from the marketplace or receive premium support until you renew.
Can I upgrade from Personal to Agency?
Yes! Contact us and we'll credit your remaining Personal license time toward an Agency upgrade.
Is there a refund policy?

How do I activate my license?
After purchase, you'll receive a license key via email. Go to Agent Builder → Settings → License in your WordPress admin and enter your key.
Can I move my license to a different site?
Yes! You can deactivate your license from one site and activate it on another. Personal licenses allow 3 active sites at a time.
What happens when I hit the free daily limit?
Your AI assistants will pause until the next day (limits reset at midnight UTC). You can remove daily limits immediately by buying prepaid credits or by connecting your own AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) in Settings — your own keys have no limits at all.
Do I need prepaid credits if I use my own API key?
No. If you connect your own AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, Ollama, etc.), all chat usage goes directly to that provider at their rates. Agentic AI credits and daily limits only apply when using the built-in Agentic AI provider.
