What can I use credits for?

Do credits expire?
No. Once purchased, your credits remain in your account until used. There are no monthly fees or time limits on your credit balance.
How many credits do I need?
For data training: a typical 10-page PDF uses ~5–10 credits to embed, and each search query costs 1 credit. For image generation: each image costs ~10–30 credits depending on complexity. The $10 starter pack (1,000 credits) covers most small projects across both features.
Do I need a license to use these features?
Yes, an active Personal or Agency license is required. API Credits are a premium add-on for licensed users.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete any or all of your training data at any time, at no cost. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
How is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud with strict namespace isolation — no other user can access your data. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS.
Can I top up my credits?
Yes! You can purchase additional credits at any time. Bonus percentages apply per transaction — buy a larger package to get more value.
What file types can I upload?
Currently: PDF documents and plain text. We're actively adding support for Word documents, CSV, and direct website crawling.
