Part 1: Logo System

The Logo Problem to Solve

Your current logo (the purple text + icon from agentic-plugin.com) needs to work at four scales: full horizontal lockup for banners, stacked for square spaces, icon-only for every circular profile picture (as small as 32px), and wordmark-only for video overlays. You need light-on-dark (your primary), dark-on-light, and monochrome variants.

Step 1: Refine the Icon in Inkscape

Open Inkscape and design the icon mark. The concept should communicate “AI agent inside WordPress” — here are three directions worth exploring:

Concept A — “The Active Node”
A stylised circuit/neural node that suggests a brain or network hub. A central circle (representing the agent) with 3–4 short radiating lines or connections. Simple enough to read at 32px. Use your purple (#a855f7) as the primary fill with a subtle gradient to indigo (#6366f1).

Concept B — “The Agent Shield”
A rounded shield or badge shape (connoting protection/trust) with a simple “A” letterform or lightning bolt inside. This plays on both “Agent” and the safety/control messaging. Strong at small sizes because the shield silhouette is instantly recognisable.

Concept C — “The WordPress Brain”
Take the WordPress “W” shape as a subtle foundation and overlay a pulsing/radiating element — like a sonar ring or thought wave — emanating from it. This directly says “WordPress, but intelligent.”

How to build it in Inkscape:
1. Work on a 512×512px canvas (export at multiple sizes later)
2. Use the shape tools — circles, rounded rectangles, and the pen tool for custom paths
3. Stick to 2–3 colours max: purple primary, green accent, white
4. Test at 32px by zooming out — if you can’t identify the shape, simplify
5. Export as SVG (for infinite scaling) and PNG at: 800px, 400px, 256px, 170px, 150px

Step 2: Build the Full Lockup

In Inkscape, place the icon to the left of “Agent Builder” in your chosen display font. Free font recommendations available on Google Fonts that you can install on your Mac:

  • Outfit — geometric, modern, friendly. Works well at bold weights for display.
  • Sora — clean, slightly technical feel. Good character at light and bold weights.
  • Plus Jakarta Sans — rounded, approachable, professional. Strong at 700 weight.
  • Archivo — slightly condensed, editorial, distinctive. Good for a more serious tone.

Download from fonts.google.com, install on Mac, then use in Inkscape.

Create three lockup files:
logo-full-horizontal.svg — icon + wordmark side by side
logo-stacked.svg — icon above wordmark, centred
logo-icon-only.svg — just the icon mark

For each, export colour variants:
– Full colour on transparent (for dark backgrounds)
– Dark version on transparent (for light backgrounds)
– White/mono version on transparent (for overlays)

Step 3: Generate Logo Concept Art with Vertex AI

Use Vertex AI’s Imagen 4 to rapidly generate visual concepts and inspiration. Go to GCP Console → Vertex AI → Media Studio → Imagen and try these prompts:

A minimal, modern logo icon for an AI software company called "Agent Builder".
The icon should suggest artificial intelligence, automation, and WordPress.
Flat design, clean vector style, purple (#a855f7) and indigo (#6366f1) colour palette
on transparent background. Simple geometric shapes. Must be recognisable at 32px.
Square format, 1:1 aspect ratio.
A tech logo icon combining a neural network node with a shield shape.
Minimal flat vector style, purple gradient, no text, clean edges.
Suitable for use as a favicon and app icon. 1:1 aspect ratio.

Generate 4 variations per prompt. Use the best outputs as reference for your Inkscape work — don’t use the AI output directly as your logo (it won’t be clean vector). Instead, trace the strongest concept in Inkscape to get crisp, scalable SVG paths.


Part 2: Colour and Typography System

Typography Stack

Pick ONE display font and ONE body font. Use them everywhere.

Display font (thumbnails, banners, headings): Choose from Outfit, Sora, Plus Jakarta Sans, or Archivo (all free on Google Fonts). Install on Mac for use in GIMP, Inkscape, and CapCut.

Body font (descriptions, subtitles, longer text): DM Sans or the same display font at regular weight.

Install both via Font Book on Mac. Once installed, they’re available in all your apps.


Part 3: Platform Creatives — Build Everything

Master Template Approach

Design 3 master templates in GIMP, then resize/adapt for every platform. This is faster than designing each platform individually.

Master 1: Banner (Wide)
2560×1440px canvas in GIMP → crop/resize for:
– YouTube banner (2560×1440, safe area 1546×423)
– X header (1500×500)
– LinkedIn personal banner (1584×396)
– Facebook cover (820×312)

Master 2: Thumbnail/Card (16:9)
1280×720px canvas in GIMP → resize for:
– YouTube thumbnails (1280×720)
– X post images (1200×675)
– LinkedIn post images (1200×627)
– Facebook post images (1200×630)
– OG/share images (1200×630)

Master 3: Square
1080×1080px canvas in GIMP → resize for:
– LinkedIn carousel slides (1080×1080)
– Product Hunt logo (240×240)
– WordPress.org plugin icon (256×256)
– Profile pictures (all platforms, crop to circle)

Banner Design (GIMP)

  1. Create new image: 2560×1440px
  2. Fill background with your dark navy gradient (use GIMP’s gradient tool: #0f0f23 to #1a1a3e, 135° angle)
  3. Place your logo (full horizontal lockup) in the centre safe area
  4. Add tagline below: “AI that works inside WordPress” in your display font, white, ~48pt
  5. Optional: add subtle dot grid pattern or faint circuit-line decoration in the background (low opacity, 10–15%)
  6. Export as PNG

Resizing for other platforms: In GIMP, use Image → Canvas Size to crop down to each platform’s dimensions, keeping the centre content visible. The safe area design ensures your logo and tagline survive every crop.

YouTube Thumbnail Template (GIMP)

This is your most-used asset. Create one template, duplicate for every video.

Layout:
1. Canvas: 1280×720px
2. Background: dark navy gradient (same as banner)
3. Left third: founder’s face or AI assistant icon (large, eye-catching)
4. Right two-thirds: bold display font text, 2–3 lines, maximum 6 words
5. Bottom-left corner: small Agent Builder logo (semi-transparent)
6. Optional accent: green or purple highlight bar behind key text

Production workflow:
– Save as thumbnail-template.xcf (GIMP native format, preserves layers)
– For each new video: duplicate the file, change the text layer and any screenshot/image layer, export as JPG
– Keep all text on a separate layer so you never have to rebuild the template

Generating Visual Assets with Vertex AI Imagen 4

Use Imagen to create unique background art, abstract textures, and visual elements for your thumbnails and banners. In Media Studio:

Background textures:

Abstract dark purple and indigo digital network pattern, subtle glowing nodes
and connections, dark navy background (#0f0f23), soft focus, minimal,
no text, suitable as a background texture. 16:9 aspect ratio.

Conceptual illustrations for thumbnails:

Generate these in batch (4 per prompt), then use GIMP to composite the best ones into your thumbnail template — layer the AI-generated art behind your text and logo. This gives you unique, branded visuals for every video without stock photos.

Product Hunt gallery images:
Create 8 images at 1270×760px showing the product in action. Use a combination of:
– Real screenshots of the Agent Builder dashboard (screen-captured on your Mac)
– Vertex AI-generated conceptual art as backgrounds
– GIMP compositing to layer screenshots onto the dark background with your brand frame

WordPress.org Assets

Plugin icon (256×256): Your icon-only logo, exported from Inkscape at 256px. Should be the cleanest, simplest version of your mark.

Plugin banner (772×250 and 1544×500 retina): Dark gradient background with logo centred and tagline. Design at 1544×500 in GIMP, export at both sizes.

Screenshots (1200×900, up to 10): Take real screenshots of the plugin on a clean WordPress install. Use GIMP to add a thin branded frame (purple border, 2px) and a caption bar at the bottom of each screenshot.


Part 4: Audio Branding

Sonic Logo and Jingle (CapCut Pro)

CapCut Pro includes a library of sound effects and music clips you can use royalty-free. Here’s how to create your audio branding:

Option A — Build from CapCut’s audio library:
1. Open CapCut desktop → start a new project
2. Browse the audio library for short electronic/tech sound effects
3. Find a clean, rising “activation” or “power on” sound — 2–3 seconds
4. Layer it with a subtle synth pad or chime
5. Export as audio-only (WAV or MP3)
6. This becomes your sonic logo — use it at the start of every video

Option B — Use Vertex AI + CapCut:
If your GCP account has access to MusicFX or any audio generation in Media Studio, generate a short electronic jingle. Otherwise, search for “royalty-free sonic logo” or “audio logo” in CapCut’s library — there are hundreds of usable short stings.

Option C — Free web tools:
– Soundraw.io has a free tier that generates short music clips
– Pixabay.com/music has royalty-free sound effects and short music clips (no account needed, CC0 licence)

What you need:

  1. Sonic logo (2–3 sec): A distinctive sound that plays over the animated logo. Think “ta-dum” but techy.
  2. Background music bed (30–60 sec loop): Low-key ambient electronic for under screen recordings. Source from CapCut’s library or Pixabay.

Part 5: Video Intro, Outro, and Motion

Video Intro (CapCut Pro) — 4–5 Seconds

  1. New project in CapCut, 1920×1080
  2. Frame 1 (0–2 sec): Dark background. Your logo icon animates in — use CapCut’s “scale up + fade” or “glitch reveal” effect
  3. Frame 2 (2–4 sec): Wordmark slides in beside the icon. Tagline fades in below.
  4. Frame 3 (4–5 sec): Quick flash/pulse of purple, then cut to video content
  5. Layer your sonic logo audio underneath
  6. Export as a high-quality clip. Save the CapCut project as a template for reuse.

Video Outro (CapCut Pro) — 8–10 Seconds

  1. Dark background with your full logo centred
  2. Text: “Download free at agentic-plugin.com”
  3. Two clickable areas (YouTube end screen zones): “Subscribe” left, “Watch next” right
  4. Background music bed fades in, sonic logo plays at the very end
  5. Keep it clean — the YouTube end screen overlay will go on top of this

Screen Recording Template

For your “Watch It Work” demo videos:
1. Record at 1920×1080 using Mac’s built-in screen recording (Cmd+Shift+5) or OBS (free)
2. Import into CapCut
3. Add your intro at the start and outro at the end
4. Add CapCut auto-captions (built into CapCut Pro — huge time saver)
5. Apply subtle zoom effects on key moments (CapCut’s keyframe tool)
6. Add background music bed at low volume under the narration
7. Export at 1080p, upload to YouTube

The Doodly Angle — Your Secret Weapon

Here’s an idea most AI/tech channels would never think of: use Doodly for your Stage 4 educational content (AI concepts like RAG, vector stores, prompt engineering).

Whiteboard animation is extremely effective for explaining abstract concepts because:
– The hand-drawing animation naturally paces the explanation
– Viewers watch longer because the visual is being built in front of them
– It stands out in a sea of screen recordings — nobody else in the WordPress AI space is doing this

How to use it:
– “What Is RAG?” → Doodly animation showing documents going into a funnel, becoming vectors, and being retrieved by an AI assistant
– “How Chat Completions Work” → Whiteboard diagram of a prompt going in, tokens being processed, response coming out
– “The 5-Tier Safety System” → Visual pyramid drawn tier by tier with examples at each level

Record the Doodly animation, then bring it into CapCut to add your intro/outro, voiceover, and branded elements.


Part 6: Batch Production Workflow

The “Create Once, Export Everywhere” System

Step 1: Design masters in GIMP

Step 2: Export script (GIMP Script-Fu or manual)

Step 3: Use GIMP’s batch processing
GIMP supports Script-Fu for batch operations. Create a simple script that:
1. Opens a master file
2. Flattens visible layers
3. Scales to target dimensions
4. Exports as PNG
5. Repeat for each target size

This means updating your branding across all 10 platforms = change the master file, run the script, re-upload.

Ongoing Thumbnail Production

For each new YouTube video:
1. Duplicate master-thumbnail-1280x720.xcf
2. Change the text layer
3. Optionally: generate a new visual element in Vertex AI Imagen and drop it in
4. Export as JPG (under 2MB)
5. Upload to YouTube

Time per thumbnail once the template exists: 5–10 minutes.

Visual rule: Dark backgrounds. Purple and green accents. Bold text. Show the AI working, not feature lists. Every visual should answer: “What does the AI actually do?”
