We're not building another black-box SaaS platform. We're building infrastructure that WordPress developers and site owners actually control.

Our Commitment to WordPress

WordPress is the foundation of everything we do. Our commitment to the WordPress ecosystem includes:

  • 100% WordPress-native — Agent Builder is a standard WordPress plugin. No external dashboards, no vendor lock-in. Your content, settings and conversation history are stored in your own WordPress database.
  • WordPress coding standards — Our codebase follows the WordPress Coding Standards and best practices for plugin development.
  • GPL-compatible licensing — We respect and support the open-source license that powers the WordPress ecosystem.
  • Hooks and extensibility — Developers can extend Agent Builder using standard WordPress actions and filters, just like any well-built plugin.
  • No core modifications — We never modify WordPress core files. Agent Builder works alongside WordPress, not against it.

Security First

AI assistants that can read and write to your WordPress site demand the highest levels of security. We take this seriously:

  • Human-in-the-loop — Every tool is risk-rated. In Supervised mode (the default), medium- and high-risk actions wait for your approval; Autonomous mode has to be switched on explicitly, and extreme-risk tools stay blocked.
  • Granular permissions — Six permission scopes let you control exactly what assistants can and cannot do. All disabled by default.
  • Tamper-evident activity log — Agent actions are recorded with timestamps, user context and outcome, in a hash-chained log where an edited or deleted entry is detectable.
  • Rate limiting — Built-in protections prevent runaway API usage and unexpected cost spikes.
  • Automatic backups — Before an agent changes a tracked file or database table, a backup snapshot is saved (the last three per table are kept) so you can restore it.
  • Automated test coverage — Our test suite covers permissions, proposals, tools, assistants, and edge cases. Every release runs through it before it ships.

Privacy & Compliance

We are committed to meeting and exceeding data protection standards:

  • GDPR — We aim to process personal data lawfully and transparently and support data subject rights. Read our GDPR policy.
  • Your data, your control — Assistants run on your server and conversation history is stored in your WordPress database. Prompts are sent to the AI provider you use — our hosted Agentic AI service or a provider you connect with your own key.
  • Minimal data collection — We collect your account email and licence key. If you use our hosted AI service we receive your site URL, licence key and prompts to process them. Self-hosted builds send usage telemetry only if you opt in; the WordPress.org edition sends none. Details in our Privacy Policy.
  • No data selling — We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy.
  • Cookie transparency — Analytics cookies are set only after you consent. No advertising cookies. Read our Cookie Policy.

Accessibility

We believe AI tools should be usable by everyone. We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across our website and plugin interfaces.
